Adblock Plus is a Firefox plug-in that lets you block ads that appear on web pages.
Like Firefox, Adblock Plus is a small discrete program in the top right corner of your navigation bar. When you click the red icon, a list of blockable items appears on the page, while the drop-down list will show more features and configuration options.
To make sure Adblock Plus works correctly, you must select Adblock Filter. There are many clues that are the right ones on the program’s website,do not worry too much about it. If you choose not to register, you can choose an ad to close yourself.
Adblock Plus works by identifying ads on web pages and preventing them from being displayed. The risk is that Adblock Plus unintentionally blocks something that is not actually advertised, although it did not happen in our tests.
Even if Adblock Plus blocks direct objects, sites block it. It provides information about what to do – it actually provides information about almost allaspects of the program.
